We urge you to make contact with school as soon as you are able to, if you and your family experience a bereavement. 

Support in school will very much depend on the individual circumstances but may take the form of support sessions from member of staff known to the child, individual or group counselling sessions, making contact with charities who are able to assist.

All support offered will be discussed with families and will very much be designed on an individual basis.
